Please be advised that PRDC does not reveal information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers but PRDC may, on occasion, provide them with aggregate statistical information about our visitors.
(5) Disclosing Your Information
5.1 We engage "Third Party Service Providers" to perform functions like sending out and distributing our administrative and promotional emails. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with such Service Providers to fulfill orders, deliver packages, send postal or email communication, remove repetitive information on customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, process credit card payments, operate the Website, troubleshoot, and provide customer service. However, we will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to the terminated account of an individual in any way.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore PRDC cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential since that is the key to your PRDC account. Include alpha-numerals with special characters and remember it. We will not ask you for your password. Please do not share your password with others. Change your password regularly. Use of your password by a third party may land you in legal complications. Hence, do not compromise the security of your password and notify PRDC immediately in case you observe that your password is used by someone else.
(9) Third party links/websites
We may provide links to third-party websites on our website for your convenience to access information from those sites; this does not signify our endorsement of such third-parties, their products, their services, other websites, locations or their content. These sites may collect information about you. Since we do not control the information policies or practices of these third parties, you should review their privacy policies to learn more about how they collect and use personally identifiable information, before you use those sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.
(10) Policy amendments
If you object to any such changes, you must cease using PRDC. Continued use of PRDC following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
(11) Updating information
You must promptly update your personal information and content if it changes or is inaccurate. You have the right to access your personal information that PRDC hold and correct or update the same using the feature - "My Account/Edit profile" provided by PRDC. However, you cannot modify the user id and e-mail address. You can delete the e-mail address only by terminating the Membership, in which case, you will not be refunded the fee paid by you or will not be eligible for any compensation. Since the license is system tied, if you change your system or change the hardware of your system, you should upload your modified system details to be able to login to the software.
